For the last 20 years I have worked for national governments, parliaments, and international development banks.
I managed crisis situations, was involved in political campaigns, handled media request and did a whole lot of lobbying.
Mastering political affairs, lobbying, and governmental influence begins with understanding influence—who holds it, how it moves, and how to shape it. But true mastery also encompasses understanding procedures and decision making processes. And taking the right action.
True influence isn’t about shouting out loud or writing angry letters. It’s about knowing when to speak, whom to engage, and what’s in your toolbox to use to drive real change. And in the end executing, or simply doing stuff.
My compass has always been a clear cut and simple question:

That’s why I keep my approach clear, direct, and effective—no fluff, no unnecessary complexity.
